Fusion CST: After Update Cost Scenario : Item Status Is Blank, Previous Cost End Dated and No Active Cost

Symptoms
Item Status is blank, previous cost was end dated, no active cost.
On 4/28 users updated several Cost scenarios with costs via interface.
After this, numerous items in most of these scenarios show a cost status of blank once scenario was updated.
Previous published cost did end date with 4/27, but now cost distributions are creating "No cost on file" errors.
Due to this issue, items do not have correct cost.
Error
Steps To Reproduce
1. Update Cost scenario(s) with costs via interface.
2. Run cost processes (Transfer Transactions , Cost Distributions, etc).
3. Go to Review Cost Accounting Distributions UI.
4. Observe repotrted error.
- Also find numerous items in these scenarios show a cost status of blank once scenario is updated.
