On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Award Project/Budget/Reporting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Project budget has resource assigned with no funding source.
The baseline budget has  the correct total but the task level total is incorrect.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Award Project Budget Amounts at the Task level display correct values.
