Goal

Qn1. About the availability of the "Screen share"

Customer site uses the "Oracle Live Experience JavaScript SDK". When called using this application, the availability of screen sharing differs depending on the browser even on the same computer.

On some browsers, from same machine the Share option is grade but some browsers show share option.
 
Qn2:In the case of a smartphone browser, I think there are conditions that the screen share button is grayed out.Why?
