PERSON EIT – Unable To Search And Add Context Created to Page (Doc ID 2714387.1)

Goal

After creating a person EIT, when trying to associate the context with person EIT created from Page tab, I am not able to search and find the context to add it

STEPS:

1. Manage Extensible Flexfields task
> Manage extensible flexfieldsSearch: Person EIT

2. Edit

3. Click on the Category: Person EIT
> Person Extra Information: Details section

> Select the Pages Tab

4. Click on Add button
> Enter the details

5. Newly created item appears at the top of the list in Pages tab and can be renumbered

6. Click on the “Manage Contexts” button
> Click on the Add
> Enter the Context details and the Context Usage
> Save

7. Context Sensitive Segments – Click on the Add button to create segments
> Create the segment for the newly created context
> Save and close

8. Return to page: Edit Extensible Flexfield: Person EIT Information
> Click on the category: Person Extra Information – displays information in the Details section
> Select the Page created
> In the Associated Contexts Details section, at the bottom of the screen > Click on the Add button
> Search for the Context Created to associate it

> the newly created context is not available in the list of contexts to be associated
