Fusion Global HR: Descriptive Flexfield Read Only Changes are Not Reflecting Correctly (Doc ID 2714506.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The same EL Expression is used for ten different descriptive flexfields in the Change Assignment task.

The result of the customization is that these fields should be displayed as read-only.

Half of the fields are 'read-only' as expected, while the others are not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All descriptive flexfields in the Change Assignment task should be displayed as read-only.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Customize descriptive flexfields on the Change Assignment task using Page Composer to make them read-only.
2. Observe that some of these fields are not-read only in the UI.
