Symptoms
OCI Data Guard creation failed with the below error
Create Data Guard operation failed due to an unknown error. Refer to work request ID 543d2e4c-9f92-48a3-9f3e-cb8cb385652e when opening a Service Request at My Oracle Support.
Reviewing the failure information in the Cloud Portal shows the below error
"Hostname <NAME> is already in-use in this subnet <SUBNET OCID>. Please terminate & re-provision the instance with a non-overlapping hostname."
