Symptoms

Scheduled dashboard build failed with the following error:

Failed to get write lock after 0 seconds for 'users/uid1234/mfpcs_t00001/mfpcs_t00001.lk':
  Processes locking file:
  WRITE 3817 (convoserver ... -loglevel error -atomicUserMgmt)
Failed to destory these workbooks:
  mfpcs_t00001
Failed to delete segment(s): c00001
due to: WorkbookLockException: 'Auto dashboard for ' is already open in a concurrent session. Close 'Auto dashboard for ' in the other session to make it available in this session.
  Unable to delete the dashboard segment for the User : <user>
User has requested to delete and rebuild the dashboard segment for the user : MF********. Deleting the segment : c00001.
