Dashboard Created Using BI Report Does Not Work When We Use "All Column Values" In The Prompt

Symptoms
Dashboard prompt was created using the Subject Earnings Real time SA and Prompt Results are using presentation variable and when 'All Column Values' is chosen in the prompt, the report fails to run.
To reproduce the issue:
a. Create a dashboard prompt with the parameter from subject area that will be used as input in BI Publisher. Make sure you check the flag: "Include "All Column Values" choice in the list"
b. Create a BI Publisher report and add the parameter to filter data.
c. Add the dashboard prompt and BI Publisher to the report.
d. Run the dashboard using option All Column Values and report fails.
