ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When Project Manager assignment is removed or end dated for an user within a project, the Custom Project Manager duty role is not removed from the user roles.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The custom Project Manager duty role should be removed from the user roles on the Security Console.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project Resources (Team members) - remove Project Manager
2. Security Console - the custom Project Manager duty role is not removed for the user
