Unable To Save A Report In BI Publisher When HTML Code Is Used in A Column (Doc ID 2716682.1)

Symptoms

You are are unable to save the report wherever HTML code has been used.

The column is configured on the Data Format tab
Select Override Default Data Format
Treat Text As: Custom Text Format
Custom Text format: "http://"@[html]"<a href="https://"<URL>/"a" target="_blank""">"@"<a/>"

You are able to save the report fine on edit without this special column format.

It is throwing below error:
