How to report All Accounts With or Without Contacts

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer is using "Sales - CRM Customers and Contacts Real Time" to try to report the following information:
- Customer with All Contacts
- Customer without Primary Contact but other Contacts
- Customer without any Contact
When using this subject area, customers without any contact are not displayed in the report.
