Opening RPD "In the Cloud" Returns Connection failed: 403 Forbidden Error (Doc ID 2716784.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Cloud Aanalytics,

When try to open RPD in the cloud mode using the BI Admin tool or using the datamodel command line utility, will get a following error             

 Connection failed: 403 Forbidden.

 

Changes

To secure OAC implementation,have applied access control rules for the public endpoints based on CIDR blocks as explained in the below note,so only users from the partcular organization can access it.
