Symptoms
When attempting to add new approved requisition to an existing open PO, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Enabled opt-in feature "Add New Approved Requisitions to Existing Open Purchase Orders".
2) Tried to add a PR to existing PO
3) Clicked Create on Document Builder
4) Received error: above
