Item Structure DFF Attributes Are Not Defaulted (Doc ID 2717250.1)

Symptoms

When creating Item Structure from UI, DFF fields get defaulted correctly. However when creating Item Structure via Import Map, these fields do not get defaulted.

Due to this issue, users cannot fully utilize Import Maps to create Item Structures with defaulted DFF fields.
