Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

When attempting to create a custom report on Payroll flow real time,
the following error occurs.

The report is not displaying data for some of the records for the columns: Process name, start time, end time, time taken in minutes etc.
