ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After enabled the contextual notes, the feedback added is randomly missing after saving the goal
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The feedback provided should be visible all the time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an employee and navigate to Me -> career and performance -> Career Development. Click on Add
2. Add a note in the progress note section and save the note
3. Save and Close the goal
4. Open the goal again and edit the goal details. Progress note is visible
5. Save the basic Info section. Progress note vanishes
6. Go back and open the goal again. Progress note is visible
