Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, US Localization


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Responsive UI, custom values from lookup ETHNICITY are not appearing anymore, only seeded values are been shown up.
In Classic UI, they are displayed as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer is expecting to be displayed the custom values from the lookup ETHNICITY under Demographic Info section , Responsive UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Me
2. Personal Details
3. Demographic Info section 
4. Country : United States
     5.  Ethnicity : "Two or more races"
          Ethnicity : "-DO NOT USE - Hispanic or Latino"
              If you are not Hispanic or Latino, which of this races are you?
                         "-DO NOT USE - Black or African American"
                         "-DO NOT USE - White"
                         "-DO NOT USE - American Indian or Alaska Native"
                         "-DO NOT USE - Asian"
                         "-DO NOT USE - Native Hawaiian or the Pacific Islander"
