Symptoms

POCre messages coming in from the external RIB-EXT webservice do not get processed by Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS).



1. Publish a Purchase Order as below via the RIB=EXT WS>

 



2. The message is dropped by rib-sim consumers.
