Getting SendEmail Error In Error Logs (Doc ID 2718503.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE
------------------------------
Email type action generates an error when there is more than one receiver,
CC, BCC emails (e.g. "info@oracle.com; info2@oracle.com")

ERROR
------------------------------
In the UI:
You have attempted an action that cannot be completed. Please verify if the
service is available, or contact your site administrator if this issue persists.
Details:"toEmail field must be a valid email address (like info@oracle.com)."


In the BM.log:
[ERROR]com.bm.xchange.rest.exceptions.BusinessLogicExceptionHandler.toResponse(Busine
ssLogicExceptionHandler.java:78) - Business logic exception
com.bm.xchange.resource.db.BusinessLogicResourceValidationException: toEmail
