Symptoms

Problem Description:

When trying the Candidate Data Disposal functionality, after entering the specific candidate numbers or person ID's, users keep receiving the following error:

List of Candidate Numbers Rejected by the Data Disposal Process (Candidates marked for obfuscation are allowed):

 And the candidates are all listed as rejected.
