Symptoms

As part of seeding the data from RMS application to downstream applications like OCDS or SIM, ItemLoc_Fnd_ProcessFlow_From_RMS BDI job is running extremely slow and having performance issues. Finally it fails with below error:

Error:

ExecuteThread: '8' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR ReceiverResource - Block count(10226) exceeded the block limit(10000) for TRANSACTION_ID(Tx#xxxx_xxxx_RMS).

 This happens when the source data has millions of records that are to be seeded.
