Symptoms
When searching in a prompt, the prompt is limited to only 25 results even though more records exist. This prompt is limited by a Group. The group has more than 25 records, but only a max of 25 records are returned, and the more records button is not shown. You can search the values directly even though they are not showing up in the 25 result.
