Goal
In Oracle Utilities Meter Solution Cloud Service (MSCS) and Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) when users attempt to log into Utilities Testing Accelerator (UTA) cloud an error occurs, "There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support".
Due to this issue users are unable to log into and use Utilities Testing Accelerator.
