Credit Analyst Is Able To See Other Users' Credit Case Folders (Doc ID 2718786.1)

Credit Analyst is able to see other users' credit case folders :

A custom role was created  following the steps from document “Credit Review Area, Case Folder Doesn't Have Approve Option (Doc ID 2493551.1)” and this role was assigned to an user.
The user can see (can only see, cannot approve) all the case folders for all the credit analysts, including case folders which are assigned to him as a credit analyst.

Is there any option to restrict the access of a credit analyst to see the case folders assign to other credit analysts?
