NFR Stops Not Updated Correctly When Dragging and Dropping Shipments Between Work Assignments On Workbench Work Assignment Gantt (Doc ID 2718804.1)

Symptoms

From a Workbench Work Assignment Gantt, when a shipment that is at the end of a Work Assignment (meaning it included the NFR stop to return to the Resource schedules End Location) is dragged and dropped to the middle of another Work Assignment, the shipment that was moved still includes a NFR stop.

The original Work Assignment will add the End Location NFR stop to the shipment that is now at the end of the Work Assignment, but the NFR stop will still remain on the shipment that is moved.

Also, when moving a shipment to the end of the Work Assignment it is getting the NFR stop as expected but the previous last shipment of this Work Assignment is not getting the NFR stop removed. When moving a shipment to the beginning of the Work Assignment it is not getting the NFR stop but the previous last shipment is removing the NFR stop as expected.
