Symptoms
Requisition UI
Unable to process requisitions created by Min-Max process with 500 or more lines.
Requisition UI returns an error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Inventory Min-Max process
2. Requisition is created with 500+ lines and status = incomplete.
3. Go to Requisition UI and attempt to edit and/or submit the requisition for approval, the system returns error
