ODI Console URL Redirecting to Incorrect HTTP/HTTPS Port Instead of Expected Port (Doc ID 2718950.1)

Symptoms

ODI Console URL redirecting to port 800 instead of default 9073

When accessing the Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service (ODICS) Console using port 9073, the page is showing a connection time out, and the browser is automatically forwarding to the same URL, except using port 800 instead. Upon manually changing the port in the browser URL to 9073, the page loads as originally expected.

 

 

The original URL is of the form: http://<HOSTNAME>:9073/odiconsole/faces/shell/UIShell.jspx
