On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Payroll
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is unable to view any of the submitted extracts from View Extract Results

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to see extract results without Payroll Administrator role

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups;
  2. Data Exchange ;
  3. View Extract Results.
