My Dashboard under Benefits Service Center is not picking up the correct number of actions
Our Benefit dashboard under Benefit Service Center is not picking up the correct number of actions that the count is indicating. For example, for this month, our dashboard shows we have 3 'people with active life events', but when we click into it, only 1 employee appears. Also, our dashboard shows we have 4 'people with detected life events', but when we click into it, only 3 appears. I've attached screenshots of each page for you reference.
Navigate to Benefits Enrollment>My Dashboard (Under Benefit Service Center)
