SYMPTOMS:


When running status.sh to check status of Remote Data Gateway jetty process, the status shows as 'DOWN'; however, user queries are completing successfully using the remove data gateway connection

Data Gateway Jetty Home: /orabi/OAC_RDG/5.8/jetty
Data Gateway Domain Home: /orabi/OAC_RDG/5.8/domain
Data Gateway Jetty HTTP Port: 8080
Data Gateway Status: DOWN

Executing wget http://rdghost:port/obiee/config.jsp returns the error "could not connect to host"
