Symptoms
[root@oclpdsidbse01 ~]# dbcli list-autoLogCleanPolicy
DCS-10032:Resource AutoLogCleanupPolicy is not found.
[root@oclpdsidbse01 ~]# dbcli create-autoLogCleanPolicy -c gi,dcs,database -uPer 25
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to locate TFACTL command.
