Goal

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Profile Management

HR users are not able to see the search suggestions when they are searching for the name of resource for the first time.
Once the user clicks on SEARCH button and results are displayed, then the search suggestions shows the results when tried to search again.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Profiles > Talent Profile
