B2B Adapter not showing option to encrypt and decrypt sensitive data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Option required to encrypt sensitive data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Jdeveloper, rightclick B2B Adapter on services and reference and note there is no option to encrypt or decrypt sensitive data.
