Symptoms
One or more FR reports contains some values which display as negative. When the report is exported to Excel, the same values still show as negative. But when a user clicks on one of the cells, the number appears in the Edit bar without the negative sign. The negative sign might also temporarily disappear from within the clicked cell itself. Once another cell is clicked, the negative sign returns to that cell.
