Symptoms
At OCI VMDB RAC system, "crsctl check cluster -all" display the information of local node only as following:
[hostname1]# crsctl check cluster -all
**************************************************************
<hostname1>:
CRS-4537: Cluster Ready Services is online
CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
CRS-4533: Event Manager is online
**************************************************************
**************************************************************
<hostname1>:
CRS-4537: Cluster Ready Services is online
CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
CRS-4533: Event Manager is online
**************************************************************
Also crsctl stop cluster -all failed as following:
[hostname1]# crsctl stop cluster -all
CRS-4405: The following nodes are unknown to Oracle High Availability Services: <hostname2>
CRS-4704: Shutdown of Clusterware failed on node <hostname1>.
CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors.
CRS-4405: The following nodes are unknown to Oracle High Availability Services: <hostname2>
