Goal

Customer has a use case where they are trying to join data from a spreadsheet to a subject area.
When they create a report in BI Classic Analysis in OAC they see that the application gets all the data to OAC and then joins with the subject.
In doing so it hits the 1 million row limit for their 4 OCPU OAC environment.
