Many times customers have to terminate Goals transaction to unblock the worker. However, once the transaction is terminated, the worker's goals are lost. But now with the help of a BIP report  the goals data present in the transaction can be retrieved in PDF format and the worker can add them back. The same report can be used to retrieve the data from the failed goals transaction also.
