Duplication Of Transaction Remark During Inbound Integration (Doc ID 2722630.1)

Symptoms

Inbound Integration message results in duplication of transaction remark. 

A transaction remark with Update Allows = One, Update is created.  Then when an inbound integration message is sent in, it creates duplication of transaction remark.
