Symptoms

For cloud accounts created without IDCS, users not able to invoke OIC REST Services / API (for eg: GET /ic/api/integration/v1/integrations) results below Unauthorized failure even with correct credentials. Same credentials works fine to login into OIC console, but fails to invoke any REST API's.
