Symptoms

AP:TAX:UDFC:Error - Too many matching records found

Uploaded the document which explains the issue clearly. Please review and provide an action plan.
The error is on the Invoice Line Level > Tax Tab > USER-DEFINED FISCAL CLASSIFICATION (UDFC).

  Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
  The value of the attribute User-Defined Fiscal Classification isn't valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoice is created, all header information added.
2. At line level under tax tab field "User-Defined Fiscal Classification" entered first three letters of UDFC code "Mob" and value appears in LOV.
3. Selecting value that appears from LOV gives error described above.
4. Selecting the search option and locating the UDFC code then selecting "ok" value is added and no error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot select UDFC LOV options without error appearing.
