Goal

The following error occurs when adding a new rule with Priority 1 in Edit Account Rule UI.

ERROR
--------
ORA-00001: unique contraint(FUSION.XLA_SEG_RULE_DETAILS_U2) violated

STEPS
--------
1. Setup and Maintenance > Project Financial Management > Project Accounting > Manage Account Rules
2. Click the Account rule
3. Click [Add] icon in Rules
4. Enter Value Type and Value
5. Click [Up One] icon ( in order to change priority )
6. Save
