Symptoms
The - Refresh and Start the Order Promising Server - ESS Process fails, one of the child processes has completed in error with:
ORA-64451: Conversion of special character to escaped character failed.
The log file of the child process which fails shows:
GOP msc_data_extractor_pvt.getDatastoreGenerator. Value of LIMIT_OF_DATASTORE_FILE : 2
Generating file Customer.xml
MSP_GOP_SUPPORT_UPTO_4GB profile is set to NO, so running without using blob query.
***Error in msc_base_entity_pvt.getCustomer.ErrorMessage: ORA-64451: Conversion of special character to escaped character failed.
