An error is reported when submitting an order:

Order management changed sales order status Draft to Draft because an exception occurred. Contact your order administrator. (FOM-4515317)

Additionally when creating a revision for the order the order is stuck in - Draft - Status. A blank screen is shown the - edit - task is attempted.
