Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to configure an approval rule (for example Add Pending Worker)
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error while fetching starting participant : Error while fetching the manager of ..... : The record Supervisor of type LINE_MANAGER does not exist."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the Add Pending Worker flow as :


  Action Type : Approval required
  Route Using : Line Manager
  Approval Chain of : Worker
  Start with : Second Level Manager
  Level : 1
  Top participant : Second Level Manager

2. In BPM: add Prohibit User Self-Approval in order to skip the initiator
3. Perform an Add Pending Worker transaction
4. Observed that the transaction is failing
