Symptoms
When editing pending worker, the error ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #8 appears. It is seen after entering Addresses section and before entering Legislative Info section.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Pending Workers > Select a Pending Worker > Edit Pending Worker > Edit / Enter Address > Error when navigating to the next section, Legislative Info section.
