Goal

Business requirement for the inspection of the Outside Processing (OSP) Operation or use the standard routing for the OSP Operations. When there are consecutive OSP Operations, it is suggested to receive the OSP Operations through Advance Shipment Notice (ASN).

Observed behavior: When user creates an ASN, the OSP item is directly received to the Work Order
Expected behavior: When user creates an ASN, the OSP item should be ready for inspection or put away in inventory module
