Symptoms

On Fusion Product Management: 11.13.20.07.0
When associating files to Manufacturer Parts as attachments, the following issue occurs.

-- Issue
When performing the FBDI import to associate the UCM files to the Manufacturer Parts, the customer mistakenly provided the incorrect contribution folder path.

However, the files were still associated to the Manufacturer Parts, but they were not downloadable from the UI.

-- Expected Behaviour
The customer expected that since the incorrect contribution folder path was given, the FBDI process should have ended in error.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Load Files to the UCM using the WCC Transfer Utility
2. Create Manufacturer Parts
3. Attempt to attach files from the UCM to the Manufacturer Parts using FBDI, providing an incorrect contribution folder path
4. Observe that attachments are created on the Manufacturer Part, but they are not downloadable
