Automation Agents can be used to configure step by step workflow that would be executed when a particular event occurs in OTM. In keeping with the business requirements, it is common to have complex workflows configured in particular agents. 

Following are some of the common issues observed when configuring and testing custom Agents and steps that can be used to resolve them.
