Goal

There are cases where LPNs get stuck in "Reserved" status after being used as a temporary LPNs (To Cntr Nbr) in the Internal Bulk Pick process for Consolidate and Distribute or Replenishment flows. This happens when the IBLPN is successfully picked into the blind LPN and left in a drop. At this point the blind LPN is in Reserved status waiting to be replenished or distributed (depending on the flow) through MHE or manually. In most scenarios it is seem that the task / allocation is cancelled, leaving them stuck in this status and there is no way to continue with the process.

There is a solution for this by ending the LPN with the picking transaction so that the distribution allocations get created, but most of the times this doesn't work so the following steps will show how to leave these LPNs in located status to avoid a Data Fix.
