Symptoms

Creating a site template is failing both from the OCE UI and from the OCE Toolkit.

The following error can be seen in the UI:

Publish Job not allowed on items from multiple repositories. Caused by: com.oracle.caas.exceptions.RESTException: Publish Job not allowed on items from multiple repositories.

Trying to export the content from one channel in our production environment to the same channel in another environment also failed.
